UniCamillus University, also known as "The Saint Camillus International University of Health and Medical Sciences", was founded in Rome in 2017.

The main goal of the university is to train doctors and healthcare professionals who can work internationally to meet the health needs of underdeveloped countries.

UniCamillus University, named after Camillo de Lellis, who laid the foundations of modern medical services in the 16th and 17th centuries, trains health professionals who conduct specialized research on diseases such as AIDS, malaria, and tuberculosis, which are common in the countries of the Southern Hemisphere, and specialize in on the pathology’s characteristic of these diseases. Its goal is to ensure that people everywhere have access to competent health care. In this context, it strives to be the best medical university in Italy and Europe, and in accordance with this goal, it improves the quality of education day by day.

UniCamillus University offers accommodation for its students. These apartments are located near the university in contract apartments. Each apartment has an equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony, work and relaxation area. Apart from these dorms, students can also rent a house or room.

Faculty of Medicine and Admission Requirements

Medical education at UniCamillus University lasts 6 years. Studying medicine at this university, which has only medical faculties, will allow students to team up with a team specialized in their field and develop the ability to practice medicine around the world after this quality education.

Every student wishing to study medicine must first meet the basic requirements for education in Italy and then pass the entrance medical exam organized by the UniCamillus University. UniCamillus conducts the admission exam via a computer. The exam consists of two parts: a written examination and an oral interview. The written exam consists of 51 questions. These questions are asked in three separate sections:

In the first part, "Verbal Thinking", students must have verbal thinking skills, in the second part, "Numerical Thinking", students must use numbers in a logical and effective manner, and, finally, in the third part, called "abstract thinking", students must understand abstract thinking, problems and solve them using the existing knowledge. Each section consists of 17 questions.

The oral interview part asks questions about general culture, biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics. The assessment is carried out in the range from 0 to 69 points. The application fee for the exam is 50 Euros.

Tuition fee

Tuition fees at the UniCamillus University vary according to the family income and citizenship of the students. A family income statement is required when determining the annual tuition fees for students who are European citizens. The payment limits with 4 different categories are as follows:

Students with an annual family income of 25000 Euros or less - 13000 Euros per year,

Students with an annual family income of 25 000 Euros to 50 000 Euros - 15 000 Euros per year,

Students with an annual family income of 50 000 to 80 000 Euros per year, 17 000 Euros per year

Students with an annual family income of more than 80 000 Euros pay an annual tuition fee of 19 000 Euros.

For international students, the annual fee is 18,000 Euros. Tuition fees are paid in three installments. There are also various scholarship opportunities for international students.
