Location of Link Campus University?

Link Campus is located in a magnificent historic complex. The main building - Manor of San Pio V - is immersed in a wonderful park located near the center of Rome, in the immediate vicinity of the Vatican. The manor building was commissioned by the newly elected Pope V, Antonio Gislieri. Upon completion in 1567, he made it his summer residence.

Over the years, the building changed hands several times, becoming the property of a family of old bankers from Siena - the Chigi family - in 1655. Around this time, Dom Chigi acquired several Italian estates, the most important of which was the Palazzo Chigi, in the center of Rome. In 1916, Palazzo Chigi was bought by the Kingdom of Italy. It currently serves as the seat of the Italian government.

The San Pio V estate and its surrounding gardens remained in the hands of the descendants of House Chigi until 2016 when the property was acquired by the University of Link Campus. As such, Link Campus University not only offers the opportunity to study in an innovative educational environment but also offers a campus atmosphere steeped in history and beauty.

Ancient library

During the Scholastic Reformation by Giovanni Gentile, the Ancient Library became a school for mentors for the visually impaired; and an educational center for the blind and deaf and dumb. Augusto Romagnoli, the first blind professor in Italy, became the director of the academy. The library still houses an extensive collection of books written in Braille.

The Ancient Library is currently hosting conferences, art events, and final dissertation discussions. The solemnity of the place offers students unique moments.
